This statement outlines SimplyQuote’s (Simply Quote Comparison Ltd) commitment to understanding and addressing potential modern slavery risks related to our business operations. We aim to ensure that our business and supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking. This statement relates to actions and activities during the financial year 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
Context
As an insurance price comparison service provider, SimplyQuote recognises its responsibility towards eradicating slavery and human trafficking. Though the risks within our industry may not be high, we commit to preventing these inhumane practices within our corporate activities and our supply chains.

SimplyQuote is a leading price comparison service provider specialising in insurance. We aim to facilitate consumers in making informed and beneficial choices based on accurate and unbiased comparisons.
Our primary suppliers include data and software service providers, research companies, and, occasionally, outsourcing firms for customer service. We recognise that modern slavery risks may exist, albeit minimal, in some of these sectors.
The organisation currently operates within the United Kingdom.

Our People & Culture team develops policies that uphold the ethical standards and core values of SimplyQuote. All policies are endorsed by our Managing Director, Chris Richards.

Whistleblowing policy
We encourage all our workers, customers, and other business partners to report any concerns related to the activities of our business or supply chains. This includes any circumstances that may raise the risk of slavery or human trafficking. Anyone with concerns can approach their line manager or our People & Culture team.
Employee handbook & induction
Our Employee Handbook clarifies the actions and behaviour expected of our employees when representing SimplyQuote. We strive to maintain high standards of conduct and ethical behaviour within our operations and supply chain. Upon joining, new employees receive the handbook and are educated about the signs of modern slavery and the steps to take if they suspect its occurrence in our business or supply chain.
Recruitment/Agency/Freelance workers policy
We employ only reputable employment agencies to source labour and always verify the practices of any new agency before accepting workers from it.
Supplier Due Diligence
We perform due diligence when considering new suppliers and regularly review our existing ones to ensure their practices align with our ethical standards.
Managing Director approval
This statement has been approved by SimplyQuote’s Managing Director, who reviews and updates it annually.
